Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and supporting senior management with accurate financial insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Overall responsibility for accurate financial reporting, preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, tax filings (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, ESR, CbCR), and coordination with external auditors.
  • Accounting Operations & Systems Control: Supervision of accounting entries, monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, fixed assets management, and administration of Sage ERP, ensuring data accuracy and strong system controls.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Design, implementation, and periodic review of internal controls, business processes, and risk mitigation measures across head office and assigned regions.
  • Cash Flow, AR/AP & Banking Management: Oversight of accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, payment approvals, cash flow management, intercompany balances, and coordination with banking partners.
  • Management Support & Regional Oversight: Preparation of management reports, budgets, and variance analysis; supervision of regional/branch finance teams; and providing financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and senior management.

Requirements & Skills

  • Financial & IFRS Expertise: Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, statutory compliance (VAT, CIT, audits), and end-to-end accounting control.
  • Analytical & Control Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, review reconciliations, manage budgets and variances, and design effective internal control frameworks.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Proven capability to supervise finance teams, coordinate with branches, auditors, banks, and senior management, and clearly communicate complex financial matters.
