Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with more than 8 years of relevant experience to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance, and support management through accurate financial reporting and analysis. Candidates with experience in a manpower company will be preferred. Immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors and banking partners
• Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
• Prior experience with a manpower company is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Immediate availability is mandatory
