Our portfolio spans gold mining and refining, bullion and coin production, B2B and retail distribution, natural and lab-grown diamonds, high-end jewellery manufacturing, blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, crypto trading, and AI-driven platforms.

As part of our continued institutional growth, we are appointing a Finance Manager to support the Group’s governance, financial integrity, and strategic decision-making at a holding-company level.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Finance Manager will be entrusted with overseeing financial operations across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring disciplined financial management, transparency and compliance in line with international standards.

This role requires a senior finance professional with the judgment, discretion, and technical expertise expected in a board-facing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead group-level financial management, reporting, and consolidation
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to executive management and the Board
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory obligations, and internal controls Coordinate audits, tax matters, and external advisors
• Strengthen financial governance frameworks and risk management practices
• Support investment evaluation, pricing strategies, and performance measurement
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and partners

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior-level experience in finance management, preferably within a holding company structure Strong command of financial reporting, accounting standards, and governance frameworks
• Experience in commodities, luxury goods, fintech, or technology sectors is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi-entity environments
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional judgment
• Clear and effective communication skills for executive and board reporting Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution
