SOAL Technologies is a US-based recruitment and staffing company with its head office in Austin, Texas. We operate from our Karachi office, supporting US clients through finance, payroll, recruitment, and operational functions.

Job Location & Shift

  • Location: Onsite – PECHS Block 06, Karachi
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time - Night)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly reliable Finance professional to manage end-to-end finance operations for our Pakistan office while supporting US-based business activities. The role requires hands-on ownership of payroll, employee compensation, expenses, vendor management, and financial coordination, serving as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the company
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
  • Track company expenses and ensure proper approvals and documentation
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives

Payroll, Salary & Commission Management

  • Process monthly employee salaries accurately and on time
  • Calculate and manage employee commissions and incentives
  • Maintain payroll records, adjustments, deductions, and reconciliations
  • Coordinate with management for payroll approvals

Employee Financial Administration

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave-related financial data in coordination with HR
  • Manage employee loan records, disbursements, recoveries, and tracking
  • Handle employee insurance coordination and related documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and financial data

Vendor & Bank Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for banks, vendors, and service providers
  • Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Handle bank correspondence, payment processing, and account coordination
  • Ensure timely settlement of all company liabilities

Compliance & Internal Controls

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
  • Support audits and provide required documentation when needed
  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with US management and internal departments
  • Prepare finance-related summaries and reports for leadership
  • Serve as a reliable finance point of contact for internal queries

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CA-Inter, ICMA, MBA Finance) are a plus

Experience

  • Finance Executive: 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance: 4–7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in payroll handling and employee-related financial operations is mandatory
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or service-based companies is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of payroll, compensation, and expense management
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Comfortable working in night shift aligned with US business hours
