Job Description – Finance Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi
Industry: Manufacturing / Factory Operations / Steel -Cut and Bend processing unit
Salary Range: AED 18,000 – AED 20,000 per month

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the complete finance and accounting functions for factory operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience in a Finance Manager role and should be capable of independently handling end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and operational finance activities.

Experience in ERP implementation and process improvement will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting and finance operations for factory/manufacturing activities.
• Ensure timely completion and closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and banking functions.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Monitor factory costing, inventory valuation, and production-related financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, corporate policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Handle financial analysis and recommend cost control measures for factory operations.
• Lead finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting activities.
• Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, and process automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience, including prior experience at Finance Manager level.
• Manufacturing or factory operations experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and financial regulations.
• Ability to independently manage complete accounting functions.
• Experience with ERP systems implementation and management is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
