The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent understanding of the UAE market, and exceptional interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Manage banking relationships, ensuring smooth coordination with financial institutions for facilities, transactions, and compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments, external partners, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial communication.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other UAE regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CA , MBA
• 3–10 years of relevant finance experience in the UAE, with strong exposure to banking and financial operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking systems, credit facilities, and financial documentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; able to deal confidently with banks, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented personality with a “go‑getter” mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software .
• Female and Gujarati preferred
