Finance Manager- Automotive

Marshall Goldman Motor Sales, a nationally recognized leader in exotic and high-line luxury vehicles, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our elite team in our Beverly Hills office. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world’s most desirable automobiles in a fast-paced, professional, and performance-driven environment. Minimum of 3 years automotive dealership management experience required.

Position Overview:
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle financing and deal processing, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maximizing profitability and maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and present finance and lease options to customers
• Secure financing through a network of banks and specialty lenders
• Offer and explain aftermarket products and protection plans
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all finance and title documentation
• Work closely with sales management to close deals efficiently
• Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on programs
• Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (luxury or exotic experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
