Finance Manager -CMA/CA / CA (Inter) / MBA Finance

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage end-to-end finance, banking, compliance, and reporting functions. The role requires strong exposure to manufacturing/export finance, including banking operations and BRC management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure accuracy and integrity of books of accounts

Analyze profitability, margins, and cost efficiency

Budgeting & Cash Flow

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

Control receivables, payables, and inventory valuation

Banking & Treasury Operations

Handle day-to-day banking operations and coordination with banks

Manage fund-based and non-fund-based limits (CC, BG, LC)

Prepare and submit bank stock statements, CMA data, and financial reports

Coordinate for loan disbursements, renewals, and interest calculations

Export Finance & BRC

Ensure timely realization of export proceeds

Track and manage BRC (Bank Realisation Certificates)

Coordinate with banks for BRC issuance and reconciliation

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Ensure timely return filings and audit closures

Costing & MIS

Product costing, variance analysis, and margin improvement

Prepare MIS reports for management and decision-making

Team & Process Management

Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team

Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and audit processes

Improve efficiency, compliance, and financial discipline

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of banking, export finance, and BRC processes

Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance

Experience in manufacturing/export industry preferred

Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally

Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

7+ years of relevant experience in finance & accounts

CMA/CA preferred; CA (Inter) / MBA Finance acceptable

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
