Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance Business Unit and oversee all accounting, reporting, and advisory operations.
- Manage the profit and loss performance of the unit, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Handle monthly accounting and reporting for client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise client service delivery, including tax advisory, audit coordination, and financial consulting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and GCC financial regulations, corporate governance, and international standards such as IFRS.
- Support business development through client engagement, proposal review, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for new services or cross-unit collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to provide integrated business solutions to clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification preferred; CMA, CPA, or MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory management.
- Strong understanding of UAE and GCC accounting, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering monthly financial reports.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and client communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and financial analysis tools.
