Finance Manager (Development)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day finance and accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to the management team on financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of finance/accounting experience in development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in the Development sector in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, escrow, AML and corporate tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, escrow, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with management and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
