Finance manager (F&B)

We are looking for a Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the full financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting, cost controls, and compliance obligations across the group's food and beverage portfolio. This role serves as the financial backbone of the business — managing accounting functions, cash flow, budgeting, and audit processes while providing senior leadership with the timely, data-driven insights needed to make sound commercial decisions.

Experience

• 6–9 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Finance Manager or senior finance role.
• Proven experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector is strongly preferred — with a demonstrated understanding of food cost, beverage cost, and outlet-level P&L management.
• Prior experience building and managing a finance team is required.
