We are seeking a Finance Manager who brings strong financial acumen, analytical depth, and leadership to oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
- Develop and deliver executive presentations and investor reports highlighting key financial metrics and business performance.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Governance, Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with SBP, SECP, FBR, and taxation regulations relevant to fintech operations.
- Manage KYC, compliance, and treasury management in coordination with banks and payment partners.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing findings and strengthening controls.
- Oversee secretarial compliances and corporate governance practices in collaboration with legal and company secretarial teams.
- Oversee salary tax preparation, employee income tax deductions, and ensure timely filing and compliance with FBR regulations.
Strategic Planning & Performance Management
- Develop financial models and projections to support new product launches, partnerships, and funding initiatives.
- Conduct risk management and performance analysis to assess business sustainability and profitability.
- Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring optimal liquidity and cost control.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with investors, auditors, banks, regulators, and internal business units.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams to build strong internal capabilities.
These responsibilities are not limited to the above and may evolve in line with organizational needs, business growth, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA) or MBA in Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution.
- 4-6 Years of working experience Fintech experience is preferable
