Finance Manager (Female)

Job Description

Microtech Inc. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager (Female) to oversee the company’s financial operations, planning, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Monitor expenses and ensure cost control

Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory requirements

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants

Oversee accounts payable and receivable

Support management with financial analysis and insights

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience with budgeting, taxation, and audits

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Salary : 100K -150K

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
