Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role includes managing budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business objectives and ensure financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control all financial activities of the organization
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Monitor cash flow, income, and expenditure
• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and audit requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Analyze financial data and provide management with insights and recommendations
• Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA or Finance) is an advantage

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

• CA (Chartered Accountant)
• ACCA
• CPA
• CMA

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
