Finance Manager & Grants Coordinator

The Let’s Build Foundation (LBF) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Manager & Grants Coordinator to oversee financial tracking, grant fund management, payroll support, invoicing, reporting, and compliance functions.

This role is essential in ensuring the financial integrity, accountability, and sustainability of LBF programs and funding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and grants management, with a passion for advancing mission-driven initiatives through meticulous fiscal stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain organized financial records and receipt documentation
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Reconcile financial statements and reports

Grant & Fund Management

  • Monitor grant expenditures and funding allocations
  • Maintain chart of accounts and program budgets
  • Assist with grant compliance and financial reporting
  • Track allowable and restricted expenses

Payroll & Administrative Support

  • Process payroll and contractor payments
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation
  • Generate invoices and payment requests
  • Support audits and financial reviews

Tax & Compliance Support

  • Assist with tax preparation and required filings
  • Maintain accurate organizational financial documentation
  • Support nonprofit financial compliance standards

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare financial summaries and reports
  • Maintain spreadsheets and accounting systems
  • Support organizational planning and budget forecasting

Qualifications

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or nonprofit financial management
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial accuracy

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Peoria, AZ 85345
