Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly proficient Chartered Accountant (Qualified or Semi-Qualified) with expertise in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and a strong, practical background in SAP Business One. The ideal candidate will be the cornerstone of our financial reporting, ensuring compliance and leveraging our ERP system for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Ind AS Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Lead the end-to-end preparation, finalization, and presentation of Ind AS-compliant financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure accurate and timely book closures in strict adherence to Ind AS guidelines
• Manage accounting for complex transactions under Ind AS (e.g., Business Combinations, Financial Instruments, Revenue Recognition)
• Handle direct and indirect taxation matters (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external auditors

SAP Business One Management:

• Utilize SAP Business One as the primary platform for all financial accounting and Ind AS reporting
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the SAP B1 module to configure and improve processes for Ind AS compliance
• Act as the key super-user, providing support and guidance to other team members on the system
• Play a pivotal role in the ongoing implementation, customization, and upgrade of SAP B1 to meet evolving business and reporting needs

Operational Excellence:

• Analyze accounting data to produce insightful and accurate financial reports for management
• Ensure robust internal controls are in place and adhered to
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and data flow

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) with substantial, relevant experience
• Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in applying and implementing Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Proven, hands-on experience in using and implementing SAP Business One is mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
