Finance Manager
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth through accurate financial management and insightful reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping (QuickBooks Online)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online.
- Record financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
Financial Planning
- Support strategic business decisions through financial forecasting and analysis.
- Develop cash flow projections and profitability assessments.
- Assist with long-term financial planning across multiple business units.
Budget Preparation & Evaluation
- Prepare annual and quarterly budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization and spending patterns.
- Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improved financial efficiency and cost control.
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Maintain payroll records and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present weekly financial reports covering:
- Revenue
- Expenses
- Cash flow position
- Key financial insights and recommendations
Resource Cost Analysis
- Prepare monthly resource cost reports for all brands and business units.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation across departments and projects.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Cost Monitoring
- Monitor operational and project-related costs.
- Track budget adherence and identify cost overruns.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial presentations for local and international management teams.
- Present financial performance, trends, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Support decision-making through clear and actionable financial insights.
US Tax Documentation
- Prepare financial documents and supporting schedules required for annual US tax filings.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and advisors.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required information.
Requirements
- ACCA Finalist or CA Foundation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Prior experience within the Technology/IT industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and other accounting systems.
- Exposure to local and international financial operations and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs230,000.00 per month
