Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate has 7–8 years of experience in finance, including 3+ years in F&B, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic financial plans and set company financial targets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis.
• Monitor costs, improve profitability, and analyze margins.
• Manage cash flow and ensure efficient liquidity.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards in financial statements.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to align financial and business strategies.
• Support investment decisions and assess feasibility of new projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (MBA / CPA / CMA preferred).
• 7–8 years’ finance experience (3+ years in F&B sector).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, ERP (SAP/Oracle).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of F&B costs, inventory, and supply chain.
