Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager – Retail to lead and oversee financial operations across our retail business. The ideal candidate will manage planning, reporting, compliance, and inventory finance while leading a large accounting team to ensure accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily finance and accounting operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow, and financial planning activities.
• Review financial statements, MIS reports, and provide strategic insights.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost control, and retail performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor a finance team of 25–30 members.
• Coordinate with auditors, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial governance.

Required Skills

• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and large-team management skills.
• Deep understanding of retail finance and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: B.Com / M.Com
• Certifications such as CMA, CA Inter, or MBA Finance are an advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in Retail / FMCG finance roles.
