Automotive F & I Document Experience

Rohrich Automotive is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automotive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a high-volume dealership
• Strong understanding of auto finance and insurance products
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
• High ethical standards and attention to compliance
• Reynolds & Reynolds DocuPad selling experience preferred

Qualifications

• Present F&I products clearly and effectively to every customer
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and lender approval
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain high CSI and build lasting customer relationships
• Collaborate with sales managers to maximize opportunities
