Finance Manager / Sales Manager

Open Position: Sales Manger/ Finance Manager, Odessa, Texas

We are in search of an experienced Managers that has strong work ethic, sales acumen, and high attention to detail. What can the ideal candidate do?

The ideal candidate must possess the ability and skill set necessary to work in a high-volume, fast-paced F&I department.

If you:

- Possess the ability to provide our customers with a consistent and compliant F&I experience

- Can present our consumer offerings in a competent and ethical manner

- Can ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines

- Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner

-Can track contracts in transit and secure funding in a timely manner

- Have great customer service and communication skills

- Desire to continuously learn and grow

Open Position: Sales Manager | Odessa, Texas

Responsibilities: Helping Customers achieve their Automotive needs

  • Consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
  • Setting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Guide and mentor, the sales staff to reach sales goals.
  • Develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Perform professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives
  • Bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications* Available to work flexible hours

  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
  • Willing to relocate and travel for training
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Valid driver’s license

Qualifications:

- 1 years of experience in an F&I manager role or similar

- PBS experience in F&I

- High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

We offer a competitive base Salary, bonus and commission. Pay: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
