We are a growing camper/RV dealership looking for a hands-on, high-energy F&I professional who’s ready to jump in, stay moving, and do whatever it takes to keep deals flowing and drive revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Structure, submit, and secure financing for camper/RV deals
• Present and sell F&I products (warranties, protection plans, etc.)
• Work directly with lenders to get deals approved and funded
• Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant
• Stay actively involved with the sales team to push deals across the finish line
• Jump in wherever needed—this is an all-hands-on-deck environment
• When you’re not working a deal, you’re finding ways to make the store money—improving processes, increasing product penetration, and maximizing every opportunity

What We’re Looking For

• F&I experience preferred (automotive or RV strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of deal structure, lenders, and compliance
• High energy, adaptable, and not afraid to jump in anywhere
• Organized and detail-oriented under pressure
• A “get it done” mindset—no excuses, just results
