Finance & Office Administrator

We are a growing company seeking a versatile Finance & Office Adminstrator to manage our financial operations and support the day-to-day running of our office. This unique role combines financial responsbilities-AP, AR, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation and collections, P&Ls, balance sheets, budgeting, deposits, journal entries and auditing.

Administrative tasks including:

Assist CEO in day to day activities, organize paperwork, answering telephone calls and monitor phone system, monitor office inventory and ordering as required, create documents as needed, data input, copies, filing, errands, unit inventory and perform other job-related duties as assigned by CEO.

Use of vehicle is required for light travel.

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field. Direct knowledge of Quickbooks is required and at least 3 years experience of office setting work required. Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Powerpoint.

Strong communication, organizational, and numerical skills required with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a small team environment. Must have attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Hourly rate is based upon experience and education.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,500.00 per year
