Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional with a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury , and Inventory Management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, efficient cash flow handling, and proper inventory control in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Manage customer billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate AR aging reports and support month-end closing.

Treasury:

• Monitor daily cash flow and banking activities.
• Support in forecasting cash requirements and optimizing fund utilization.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and controls.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory tracking and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to manage stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in periodic stock audits and ensure proper valuation of inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• years of relevant experience in AR, treasury, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in [ERP software, e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others].
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
