Finance Officer

Joyland is looking for a position of "Finance Officer "

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in any reputable industry.

Qualification: BS Accounting & Finance, B.com, M.com

Salary: 60k-65k

Job Description:

• Manage daily cash collections from ticketing, rides, food & beverage outlets, and retail counters.
• Verify and reconcile daily sales reports, POS data, and cash deposits.
• Ensure timely banking of cash and proper documentation of receipts.
• Monitor revenue streams and report variances or discrepancies.
• Process vendor invoices, expense claims, and petty cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in monthly financial closing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure financial controls are followed.
• Support budget tracking and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
• Assist in audits and provide required financial data and explanations.
• Monitor inventory-related financial records (tickets, consumables, merchandise).
• Support procurement and payment processes as required.
