Finance Officer

Finance Executive / Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, hands-on accounting experience, and excellent communication skills with clear and neutral English. Experience in UAE financial regulations and tax compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities are:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE labour and financial regulations.

Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations.

Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.

Assist with external audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Manage the financial administration of student tuition fees and payment plans.

Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations.

Support management with financial planning for institutional initiatives and events.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA – Part Qualified preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of strong finance or accounting experience.

Experience in UAE financial regulations including VAT and Corporate Tax.

Experience working with Zoho Books, Tally, or other accounting software.

Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

Experience in education institutions or service organizations

Knowledge of UAE financial compliance frameworks

Experience handling audits, financial reporting, and tax submissions
