Finance & Operation Manager (Restaurant Background) for KSA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Operations Manager for a café and restaurant business in KSA. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in food and beverage operations along with solid financial management experience. Relevant industry experience is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities:

• Manage daily, monthly, and annual financial operations of the café and restaurant.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor costs, control expenses, and improve overall profitability.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and accountants when required.

Operations Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day café and restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage, and supplier performance.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and procurement teams.
• Support management in opening new outlets or improving existing operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in café or restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of F&B financial controls, costing, and budgeting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with restaurant POS and accounting software.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Hands on approach with operational mindset.
