Job Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining disciplined financial controls across operations. The role requires accuracy, accountability, and the ability to coordinate across departments to support smooth and transparent financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely filing of all statutory obligations, including FBR, EOBI, and any other applicable regulatory authorities, in line with evolving compliance requirements.
- Oversee and record day-to-day financial transactions, including operational expenses, ensuring proper documentation and control.
- Maintain and update financial ledgers, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Monitor key financial ratios and performance indicators to support management decision-making.
- Process and manage payroll in coordination with HR, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursement, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Admin department to audit inventories, monitor expense controls, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records across all accounts (local and foreign currency, if applicable).
- Track receivables, payables, and commission-related flows to ensure proper recording and follow-ups where required.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes and support internal/external audits when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and approval hierarchies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in a services or BPO environment).
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations and compliance (FBR, EOBI, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Operations).
- Basic understanding of multi-currency transactions and reconciliations is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
