Finance Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: Finance Manager:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
• Develop financial strategies to optimize profitability and cost management.
• Analyze financial data to drive strategic decision-making.

Operations Management:

• Streamline business processes for operational efficiency and scalability.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and improve overall business unit performance.

Accounts & Compliance:

• Supervise accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee internal audits and risk management strategies.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance or equivalent degree.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, operations, and business management.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing multiple departments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them with business goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
