Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead and streamline our financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role demands strong analytical skills, sound financial judgment, and the ability to manage a team and systems in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations

• Oversee daily accounting functions including payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and project-related expense tracking.
• Ensure timely billing and collection of client payments as per sales agreements.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable laws.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for audits and filings.

Budgeting & Cost Management

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring actuals vs. budget performance.
• Identify areas for cost control and process improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams for financial forecasting and fund flow planning.

ERP & Documentation

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or ERP tools).
• Oversee documentation and record-keeping for internal and external audits.
• Implement and refine financial policies and SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
