Job Description:

Flavorarc Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Finance & Purchase Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient cost management, timely procurement, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow, and expense tracking.

Oversee vendor management, procurement planning, and purchase order processing.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Prepare financial reports, statements, and cost analyses for management review.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for materials and services.

Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials.

Monitor and control costs to improve overall profitability.

Support audits, taxation, and other financial documentation processes.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, procurement processes, and financial reporting.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.).

Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.

Experienced candidates will be given priority
