Finance receivables In-charge

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Receivables Head to manage client payments, collections, and receivables for our travel services including ticketing, tours, and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
• Handle billing issues and reconciliations with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly reports on receivables, cash inflows, and collection performance.
• Implement credit control procedures to reduce overdue accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from corporate and individual clients.
• Reconcile client accounts and ensure proper documentation of receipts.
• Support month-end closing and liaise with auditors when required.

Technical Expertise (Mandatory):

• Proven, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting are required).
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting cycles.
• Familiarity with financial systems (Catalyst).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
