Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Finance Research Analyst Intern to support financial research, data analysis, and reporting activities. The intern will assist in analysing financial data, market trends, and company performance to support informed decision-making. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial research, modelling, and professional reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and market research using reliable data sources
• Analyse company financial statements, ratios, and performance metrics
• Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and summaries
• Track market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments
• Support data collection, cleaning, and basic financial modelling
• Maintain organized research databases and documentation
• Collaborate with senior analysts and team members on ongoing projects

· Assist in building and reviewing financial models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)

· Support preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations

· Conduct industry, company, and market research

· Analyse financial statements and historical performance

· Assist in due diligence and transaction-related documentation

· Track market activity, M&A trends, and comparable transactions

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in B.com, BBA,and MBA in finance.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts (financial statements, ratios, markets), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
