Job Title: Finance Sales Intern / Executive
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Finance Sales Intern / Executive to support our sales and partnerships team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in day-to-day business development activities. It is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early professionals interested in B2B sales, international trade, and client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, business directories, and industry databases
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Update and manage CRM systems regularly
Assist in outreach campaigns (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messaging)
2. Client Engagement
Support sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups
Assist in preparing proposals and scheduling meetings
Handle client queries and maintain professional communication
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
3. Market Research
Track industry trends (exports, logistics, fintech, international trade)
Analyze competitor offerings and identify business opportunities
Support strategy building with insights and data
4. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Track and report sales KPIs
Prepare weekly reports and updates for management
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Interest in sales, startups, finance, or international trade
Confidence in client interaction and basic negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets (CRM knowledge is a plus)
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
