Duties

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating models, and monitoring variances.
• Utilize financial software to record transactions, generate reports, and maintain financial records efficiently.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts receivable/payable, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Experience

• Proven experience working with financial software systems; familiarity with popular tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data clearly and accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to present financial information confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
