Finance & Strategy Sr. Expert

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO on high-impact financial and strategic matters.
• Provide clear, data-driven, and risk-informed recommendations aligned with STA objectives.
• Offer real-time financial insight during executive meetings, councils, and committees.
• Anticipate financial, operational, and strategic risks impacting key decisions.
• Review and critically assess materials submitted to the CEO, identifying key financial implications and decision points.
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented briefing notes within tight timelines.
• Synthesize complex financial and strategic information into structured executive summaries covering background, recommended actions, risks, implications, and targeted questions.
• Deliver verbal briefings highlighting trade-offs, sensitivities, and potential impacts.
• Conduct targeted research, financial analysis, and benchmarking to inform executive decisions.
• Generate actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to validate assumptions and ensure alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure financially sound and strategically aligned recommendations.
• Lead or support high-priority, confidential, and time-sensitive matters as directed by the CEO.
• Perform other activities as and when required.

• مراجعة وتحليل المواد المرفوعة للرئيس التنفيذي وتحديد الآثار المالية ونقاط القرار
• إعداد مذكرات إحاطة مختصرة وموجهة لاتخاذ القرار ضمن أطر زمنية ضيقة
• تلخيص المعلومات المالية والاستراتيجية في تقارير تنفيذية منظمة تتضمن الخلفية التوصيات المخاطر الآثار والأسئلة المقترحة
• تقديم إحاطات شفهية تبرز البدائل والمفاضلات والآثار المحتملة
• إجراء بحوث وتحليلات مالية ومقارنات معيارية لدعم القرارات التنفيذية
• استخلاص رؤى عملية من البيانات الكمية والنوعية
• التنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية للتحقق من الفرضيات وضمان الاتساق
• تعزيز التعاون بين الإدارات لضمان جاهزية التوصيات من الناحية المالية والاستراتيجية
• قيادة أو دعم الملفات ذات الأولوية العالية أو الحساسة وفق توجيهات الرئيس التنفيذي
• قيام بأنشطة أخرى حسب الحاجة

Qualifications

Candidates are preferred to have 12 years of relevant experience
