Finance/Accountant Role with UTS Travels

Job Description – Finance / Accountant (UTS Travels) Position: Finance / Accountant Location: Remote Company: UTS Travels (Ultimate Solutions Travels FZE) Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance/Accountant professional to manage daily financial operations for UTS Travels. The role includes handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, supplier statements, and monthly financial reports.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounts, invoicing, receipts, and supplier payments Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations (bank, payment gateways, vendors) Prepare P&L statements and monthly financial reports Track customer payments (Tabby, Tamara, Stripe, bank transfers) Coordinate with travel suppliers for statement matching Assist in budgeting, cost control, and internal audits Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT rules Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance 1–3 years of accounting experience (Travel industry preferred) Strong knowledge of MS Excel & accounting software

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
