Finance/Accounts Executive

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and reconcile sales data from POS systems with accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial reports including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Analyze retail and wholesale financial performance metrics.
• Identify key financial parameters such as gross margin, net margin, inventory turnover, shrinkage, and cash flow trends.
• Monitor inventory accounting and stock movement in coordination with operations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
