We partner with a global network of resellers and distributors to bring our products to market and we're looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Financial Administrator to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Finance/HR Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company by keeping an adequate system of accounting records, and by supporting a variety of tasks within the Finance and Human Resources areas. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can contribute to strategic decision-making. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in both Finance and Human Resources. This position is 100% on site; no hybrid option available.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an adequate system of accounting records

  • Process orders
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Post cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Download, code and post credit card transactions
  • Process employee expense reports and HRA requests
  • Reconcile key accounts and post monthly journal entries

Cash Management

  • Email customer statements monthly
  • Review customer credit applications
  • Apply for credit terms with vendors
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card bills monthly

Financial Reporting

  • Assist with preparing 1099s and census surveys

Human Resources

  • Assist with administrative aspects of recruiting and employee annual reviews
  • Assist with health/dental Insurance renewals
  • Update employee handbook as needed
  • Participate in Safety Committee endeavors
  • Respond to employee queries

Ad Hoc

  • Help with various projects weekly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for innovation and excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Quickbooks), Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
