Financial Accountant

The Role
Company : Black Swan Business Setup Services Financial Accountant – Riyadh, KSA Key Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records and complete bookkeeping in line with accounting standards. • Handle Zakat and VAT calculations, filings, and compliance as per KSA regulations. • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement). • Record and reconcile daily bank receipts and payments with bank statements. • Perform regular vendor and customer account reconciliations. • Calculate taxes and prepare timely statutory returns to ensure compliance. • Manage receipt notifications and ensure accurate financial tracking. • Provide backup support to the Dubai B2C billing team during critical periods.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant (KSA experience preferred). • Strong knowledge of Zakat & VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. • Good analytical skills with attention to detail. • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Employment Type: Full-time
