Financial Accountant – ONYX ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Financial Accountant with experience using ONYX ERP to manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. The candidate will be responsible for the accuracy of financial records and efficient use of the system to support the company’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile financial transactions in the ONYX ERP system.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and local accounting regulations.
• Support auditing processes and generate system-based reports.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve accounting or system-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a company using ONYX ERP or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• High accuracy and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

نبحث عن محاسب مالي ماهر لديه خبرة في استخدام برنامج أونيكس (ONYX ERP) لإدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، وإعداد التقارير المالية، وضمان الامتثال للأنظمة المحاسبية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن دقة السجلات المالية واستخدام النظام بكفاءة لدعم أداء الشركة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تسجيل وتسوية المعاملات المالية في نظام أونيكس ERP.
• إعداد القوائم والتقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية.
• إدارة الحسابات الدائنة، المدينة، ودفتر الأستاذ العام.
• متابعة التدفقات النقدية والميزانيات والمصاريف.
• ضمان الالتزام بضريبة القيمة المضافة واللوائح المحاسبية المحلية.
• دعم عمليات التدقيق وإصدار التقارير من النظام.
• التعاون مع الفرق الأخرى لحل أي مشكلات محاسبية أو في النظام.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
• خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في المحاسبة، ويفضل في شركة تستخدم ONYX ERP أو أنظمة مشابهة.
• معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية والضرائب وإعداد التقارير المالية.
• إجادة استخدام Excel وأنظمة ERP.
• دقة عالية ومهارات تحليل قوية.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
