Position Overview
LifeSong Church Orlando is seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and ministry-minded
Financial Administrator to oversee and support the financial and administrative operations of the church. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, experienced in bookkeeping and financial systems, and passionate about serving within a collaborative church environment. This is also a part-time job that provides a flexible work schedule and the ability to do a lot of the work remotely and from home.
The Financial Administrator will manage day-to-day financial processes, maintain accurate records, assist with payroll and personnel financial administration, and help ensure faithful stewardship of church resources.

Important Experience & Qualifications
Candidates should possess experience in bookkeeping and financial administration, including a strong controls and accountability mindset.
Preferred Skills & Experience
● Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet management.
● Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
● Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and maintain financial data.
● Experience updating and maintaining daily transaction records.
● Payroll processing experience.
● Experience managing personnel files and onboarding employee records into payroll
systems.
● Familiarity with annual budget preparation and financial reporting.
● Strong attention to detail with consistent process follow-through.
