Looking to Hire: Financial Administrator

Position Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and reporting, with a keen understanding of treasury management and regulatory compliance. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and managing the financial health of the organization in order to promote growth and success. The financial administrator will work closely with the CEO and COO. The duties of this position require 5-10 hours of work each week. This is a remote, part-time position. This role requires a self-starter mindset, strong attention to detail, and a fluid work schedule.

The key responsibilities consist of reviewing financial accounts and documents to ensure tax-compliance, supervise expenditures, and collaborate with the CEO to achieve monetary goals.

In this role, you will:

· Recommend courses of action to help achieve financial goals/targets

· Maintain detailed financial records

· Process and document sales invoices

· Weekly collaboration with CEO & COO

· Develop and manage annual budget

· Process payroll and report payroll taxes for organization

· Process vendor payments and check requests

· Create and maintain operational compliance with policies, procedures, and any financial regulations.

· Assist in preparing year-end book audits

· Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)

· Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis as needed

· Conduct account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records

Required Skills and Abilities

· Detail oriented with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness

· Comfortable working in a startup environment

· Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and communication skills

· Understanding of general bookkeeping procedures

· Work independently

Desired Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or proven experience in financial administration.

· Experience/highly skilled in: Excel, Word, and QuickBooks

· Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

· Ability to work collaboratively internally and with third party organizations.
