Compensation:
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects
- Create customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
What You’ll Do

Leverage your sales background to build your own financial services practice with the full support of our infrastructure, mentorship, and brand reputation.

Lead client engagement through high-touch communication, data-informed strategy, and authentic relationship building.

Translate complex needs into customized financial strategies, just like you would for a high-growth business, only this time, for individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.

Operate with independence while collaborating with a high-performing team of professionals.

Guide clients through retirement planning, risk management, investments, insurance, and beyond.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is required
- CPA license, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required
- Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital
- Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vital
- Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential

What We’re Looking For
-
1+ years of experience in business development, tech sales, financial services, or a related client-facing role.

An understanding of financial principles, client relationship management, and solution-based selling.

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to translate complex challenges into clear action plans.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office), and a comfort with data.
