We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing financial transactions, and supporting clients through various banking and financial services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a solid understanding of financial products, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within the financial industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• $300,000 12-month trailing GDC
• 5 years Proven experience in financial sales, customer service, or banking environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management and upselling techniques.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or banking are a plus. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service while supporting the growth of our financial products and services. We value candidates who are committed to integrity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-net-worth relationships
• Proficient in advanced planning strategies: portfolio management, tax efficiency, insurance, and annuities
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Fully licensed: Series 65/66, 6/7, 63, and Life & Health Insurance

Duties

• Conduct financial sales through upselling appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships by providing personalized service and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Utilize financial planning software
• Maintain thorough knowledge of retail math, banking procedures, and basic math to ensure precise calculations.
• Support relationship management efforts by cross-selling products and fostering customer loyalty.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to financial service
