Clarity Group Midwest is a growing boutique investment firm with approximately $360 million in assets under management serving over 800+ client households. We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding an established client base.
This role is designed for a relationship-driven professional who values a client-centered approach and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The position offers a structured career path with the opportunity to build and own a personal book of business, including potential equity participation in the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary advisor to existing clients, delivering thoughtful financial planning and investment guidance
- Build and deepen client relationships through consistent, high-quality communication
- Contribute to business development efforts and organically grow client assets
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a seamless client experience
- Follow established processes while adapting to client-specific needs
Qualifications
- Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or a related client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
- Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment strategies (Series 7 and Series 66 required; CFP® or progress toward designation preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and grow a book of business
