We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. The Financial Advisor will assess clients' financial situations, develop personalized financial plans, recommend investment and insurance products, and provide ongoing guidance to help clients build and protect their wealth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to assess their financial goals, income, expenses, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax planning, education funding, and estate planning.
  • Recommend appropriate financial products and investment strategies.
  • Monitor clients' portfolios and make adjustments based on market conditions and changing financial objectives.
  • Educate clients on financial planning concepts, investment opportunities, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and financial products.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial planning, banking, wealth management, or investment advisory services.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
  • Required licenses may include Series 7, Series 66, or applicable state licenses, depending on the role and employer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as:
    • Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
    • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
    • Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
  • Experience using CRM and portfolio management software.
