How the Ramp Works

During your first phase, you’ll:

  • Complete licensing
  • Train with your mentor
  • Learn how to invite, present, and serve clients
  • Build your first relationships
  • Develop confidence and skill at a sustainable pace

Most new advisors start with afternoon/evening hours while they build their book.
As your client base grows, you transition into full‑time when you are ready.

  • Help individuals and families make confident financial decisions
  • Learn how to build and grow a client base with integrity
  • Educate clients on retirement planning, insurance, and long‑term strategy
  • Work closely with mentors who guide your development

Compensation: Commission‑based with performance bonuses.
Full training and mentorship provided.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
