Position Summary
The Receptionist & Meeting Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth coordination of client meetings, office operations, and administrative support. This individual plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by maintaining a professional office environment, managing schedules, and supporting advisors and service team members.
