We are looking for “ Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist ” with the following qualifications.


Job Description


Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Support the annual budgeting process in line with business objectives and financial targets,
  • Work closely with relevant departments to prepare accurate forecasts and financial plans,
  • Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and prepare variance explanations.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/TFRS standards and internal financial procedures,
  • Analyze financial results and prepare reports highlighting key findings and trends,
  • Strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation,
  • Ensures proper documentation, reconciliation, and audit trail for all analyses and reports.

Audit & Compliance

  • Support external and internal audit processes by preparing required documentation,
  • Follow up on audit requests and assist in responding to audit findings,
  • Contribute to the maintenance of internal controls to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the improvement of financial reporting and budgeting processes,
  • Support the implementation of best practices to increase efficiency and data quality.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting, and reporting,
  • Audit experience, preferably in Big Four audit firms, is an asset,
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS/TFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial modeling,
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
  • Knowledge of Cognos TM1 is an asset,
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English,
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail,
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset,
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
